Desired Skills and Experience - Relevant experience in logistics activities - University Degree is desirable; - Fluent English written and spoken – mandatory requirement; German – is an advantage - Microsoft Office – advanced skills, Microsoft Dynamics AX – will be a plus - Analytic person, tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles; - Strong organization and interpersonal skills; team player - Ability to work professionally and independently on assigned tasks and to complete assignments in a timely manner; - Detail oriented and excellent follow-up skills; Descrierea jobului: This position will report to the Procurement and Logistics Manager and will be responsible for order logistics activities, order entry, confirmation and follow up. This position will require cross functional interaction with other departments (production, sales, accounting), suppliers and customers. Location: Working on site in Maramures County - Satulung Main focus/role: analyses and administrates products delivery activity, including invoicing, electronic bills and shipment tracing. Job Responsibilities: - Maintaining databases of logistics information – enhancing transporters' databases, identifying new transport suppliers - Launching orders to transport suppliers, with respect to delivery date, track order modifications, monitoring the orders in all the phases – confirmation, payment, deliveries, etc. - Grouping shipments in order to optimise the logistics according to the needed reception terms, as well as from the cost efficiency point of view - Planning delivery timetables to clients, in cooperation with Sales Department - Informing drivers and subcontractors about transport details (addresses, type and quantity of products etc.); - Preparing the documents needed for transport – delivery notes, invoices, etc. - Training subcontractors and their drivers and explaining work instructions – how to handle the goods; - Providing ongoing analysis in areas such as transportation costs, delivery processes - Preparing reports on logistics performance measures - Reacting proactively at the crisis situations and follow up it until the end - Solving the nonconformities related to deliveries Descrierea companiei: Kährs Group is a world leading wood and resilient flooring manufacturer with well-known and globally recognized brands such as Kährs, Karelia and Upofloor.
